  • 1 kg of organic apples  ( be careful, organic apples are smaller than non-organic)
  • 2 liters of bottled water
  • 10 spoon of sugar
  • 5 tablespoon vodka or other strong alcohol 50%.

Preparation:

Cut apples in small pieces.

You have to remove only spoiled pieces of apples.

Place all ingredients in a suitable clean container according to the quantity and cover the container with a cloth.

Left it in a warm and dark place to ferment for about 6 weeks.

The pieces of apples should be suppressed in the liquid. It can be mixed occasionally, with a  wooden spoon.

In the end, filter the liquid and apple vinegar is already made.

If it is not very acidic left the liquid to sit covered with gauze for some time.
