How to Boost Immunity quickly with Simple Ingredients

If you’re looking for ways to boost immunity quickly and to protect yourself and your family from any diseases, you are in the right place. Or maybe, you are already infected and try to find recipes to boost immunity quickly and keep your body strong.

We suggest you make one of the recipes presented here, which are easy to make with simple ingredients, and you are going to notice how your immunity will boost fast and rapidly increase.

INGREDIENTS

Boost immunity

  • 15 lemons
  • 12 bulbs of garlic (do not let the garlic in this recipe make you skeptical. When you mix all ingredients, the smell of garlic will not be very strong (you will not smell at all).
  • 1 jar natural honey
  • 400 grams wheat sprouts
  • And 400 grams of walnuts

Importantly, if lemons are not organic, 5 of them put in an appropriate container, and then cover well with water. Next put in the water 3 tablespoons baking soda and a cup of apple vinegar. Leave them to seat a couple of hours. Consequently is going to happen a reaction in which lemons will become free of almost all chemicals in them. After this, wash lemons with hot water, and use them with the peel.

Garlic should be the middle size. Choose the smaller one.

Make wheat sprouts by yourself!

You can buy wheat sprouts  in a grocery store, but it’s better to make them by yourself following this direction:

  1. Put 400 grams wheat berries, not GMO (well washed before) in an appropriate canning jar (or similar glass container) and fill with water.
  2. Place a double thickness of cheesecloth over the mouth and secure with a jarring or rubber band.
  3. Let them sit 12 hours in water.
  4. After 12 hours, drain water through the cheesecloth, wash them well a couple of times through the cheesecloth, drain the water, and let them sit 12 hours.
  5. Repeat this every 12 hours, best in the morning and evening for 2-3 days. Then you will see wheat berries start to sprout. (Sprouts must grow to 5mm-1cm to be used in the recipe).
  6. Store the sprouts in a colander, rinse with cold water, drain and use for this recipe.

Wheat sprouts are full of nutrients and mixing with the other ingredients in this recipe will boost immunity quickly.

Preparation

◊   Put the garlic in water for several minutes (will become easier to peel). Peel it well.

◊   5 lemons with peel cut into pieces. Squeeze the juice of the other 10 lemons.

◊  Put the jar with honey in a convenient pot with water. Slowly warm the water on the stove to become hot but not to boil. Open the jar and mix the honey with a wooden spoon several times to become more liquid. (It is going to be easier to mix it with other ingredients, but make sure the temperature of the water does not become too hot)

◊  Bring the wheat sprouts and walnuts to the table to make sure not to forget something.

◊  Finally, you can blend and mix all ingredients together all at once or little by little, depending on how big is your blender.

◊  You will need a bigger pot – 10 liters to pick up the whole mixture. Mix well with a wooden spoon.

◊  Leave the whole mixture for 24 hours in a refrigerator. All ingredients have to connect between themselves.

◊  Then put the mixture in jars. From this recipe, you will get almost 4 jars.

◊  Store jars in a refrigerator.

Take 2 to 3 times a day for a tablespoon and do not care about your health. Viruses and bacteria will run away from you, for sure. Your immunityYour blood pressure will normalize, and the whole body will be regenerated.
